This document covers the nanysoft.com.br website only. Nanyfin is a separate product with its own privacy policy at nanyfin.online.
This policy explains what data the NanySoft website collects, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
We have tried to be specific rather than generic: if something is not described here, we do not do it.
Who the controller is
JOSE LUIS ESCOBAR GAMEZ DESENVOLVIMENTO DE SOFTWARE LTDA, registered under CNPJ 61.344.308/0001-49, based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil, trading as NanySoft.

What we collect
Browsing data, through Vercel Web Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights: the page visited, the referring address, campaign parameters in the URL, country, operating system, browser, device type, and page performance metrics.
These services do not use cookies, do not create a persistent identifier in your browser, and do not follow you across other websites. Unique visitor counts are aggregated, with no individual profile.
Data you send us voluntarily by email: your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message.
We do not run advertising, we do not track across sites, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we process it
Browsing data: on the basis of legitimate interest (LGPD art. 7, IX), to understand in aggregate how the site is used, spot performance problems, and keep it running.
Email messages: to answer you and, where relevant, to carry out steps preliminary to a contract (LGPD art. 7, V).
Who we share it with
Vercel Inc., which hosts the site and provides the metrics described above. This involves an international transfer to the United States, made under the contractual safeguards offered by that provider.
Email providers, when you write to us.
Public authorities, only on a valid legal request.
We do not share data with advertisers or data brokers.
How long we keep it
Aggregated browsing metrics: for the retention period of our Vercel plan.
Email messages: for as long as they are needed for the relationship, and thereafter for any applicable legal retention period.
Your rights
Under the LGPD you have, among others, the right to confirm that processing exists, access your data, correct incomplete or outdated data, request anonymisation, blocking or deletion, request portability, be informed about sharing, and withdraw consent (art. 18).
To exercise any of these, write to info@nanysoft.com.br. We may ask for additional information to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Note: because browsing metrics are aggregated and do not identify you individually, we generally cannot locate or remove a specific browsing record.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS only. We keep no user database, there is no login area, and we collect no passwords, payment details, or identity documents on this site.
Never send passwords, access keys, bank details, or full card numbers by email.
Children
This site is not directed at people under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be described plainly, and will not apply retroactively.
